Hello
I am Brad Sulkowski, I have been working in the fitness industry for 11 years and have consistently been adapting my training style throughout that time. Starting out I was implementing challenging, but generic full body workouts. Now, I have gotten very specific in my training, focusing on movement efficiency and injury prevention while building functional strength.
My Story
I had been involved in a variety of sports since a young age, but my fitness journey started in high school. At the start of my sophomore year is when I started making dietary and fitness changes which lead to a 100 pound weight loss between then and my sophomore year of college.
